Whitney Hinton, BSN, RN
I am a Registered Nurse with over 5 years of clinical experience, including 4 years in acute care on a medical-surgical floor and 1 year in the Intensive Care Unit. My background in high-acuity patient care has built a strong foundation in safety, clinical judgment, and attention to detail.
I now bring that same level of precision and care to medical aesthetics, where I have months of hands-on experience as an injector RN. I specialize in neuromodulators (tox), dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and IV therapies, with a focus on natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results.
My approach blends medical expertise with artistry and individualized care. I am passionate about helping clients feel refreshed, educated, and confident while providing treatments that prioritize safety, balance, and long-term skin health.

Korina Tanner, MD
Dr. Korina Tanner is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 24 years of experience and six years of expertise in medical aesthetics. Since 2019, she has served as the Medical Director and partial owner of Tighten IT Spa in Roseville, CA, overseeing two locations and supervising a skilled team of RNs. Dr. Tanner specializes in various aesthetic procedures, including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, fillers, laser treatments, PRP therapy, aesthetic skin lesion removal, and weight loss management. Her commitment to patient care and leadership extends beyond aesthetics to supervising PAs and NPs in urgent care settings. Dr. Tanner’s dedication to enhancing natural beauty and overall wellness has made her a trusted figure in the greater Sacramento area.
